REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 

Our application packets are available at the preschool.  If you prefer to access the forms from home and bring them to the preschool at registration time, this is what you will need to have:

  1. Application form- at the time of registration

  2. Permission form- at the time of registration

  3. Childhood history form- no later than the start of school in September 2024

  4. Health form- no later than the start of school in September 2024


Please note that the director needs to see your child’s original birth certificate when you register. Also, be sure to read the 2024-2025 Policies of HPP.  Your signature on the application form indicates that you have read and are aware of our policies.
 

*** birth certificate and Virginia School Entrance Health Form are required by the state and we must
     have that information on file for your child.

*** Registration and supply fees are due at the time of registration. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page for further payment instructions.

HPP Payment Instructions

Registration and supply fees are due at the time of registration. Payment can be made by check, cash, or with a credit or debit card using the PayPal button below. Current families can request a payment invoice.

Please do not pay fees until your application has been received by the preschool and availability has been confirmed by the director.

Please note that there is a small convenience fee when using PayPal.
